I've finally discovered the world of chia seeds.  I bought them a while ago and I don't remember why, but they never got used.  Well Ani made a trip to Long Beach the other day and she mentioned chia pudding.  So I had to ask...  how great is this, chia seeds with some water ( I used fresh almond mylk that I just made) and some sweetener.  Ani said use steevia but only had agave at home.  dude it was so good!  The chia seeds get all gelatinous in just seconds!  it was freaking awesome.  I ate...
