Exciting news

On Thursday the 23rd I'll be visiting Ani at "The Living Temple" in Huntington Beach.  She'll be speaking at 7:00pm so come visit and hear what she has to say about raw food and being healthy.

Also, I'll be in Brasilia, Brazil for the Verdurada vegan music festival in the last week of October!

mushroom asparagus quiche

I replaced the zucchini in the crust with bell peppers.


nuts get soaked first.  I dehydrated them after.
