My new Excalibur dehydrator works great. first thing I made was some banana bread.

I worked my Nesco dehydrator to death before christmas and finally replaced it this week with an Excalibur. I don't have much space and I didn't need the larger 9 tray, so 4 trays is fine. I've also got a little coffee maker for my morning yerba matter. I made yerba matter ice cubes to add to my morning smoothies.
