I don't know where this idea originated from, but there's a million different versions online and you can decide what works best for you.  I seriously eat this a few times a week.  I cut an avocado in half, peel the skins off, and slice each half into quarters.  8 pieces in total.  Now the great seasoning.  Without any specific measurements, I mix nutritional yeast, sea salt, pepper, chili powder, raw sesame seeds, and anything I feel like throwing in.  bread your avocado strips and there ya go.  I have a container with the mix in it at all times.  every couple days I just add new stuff to the batch.  I never run out!  In the picture I have some avocado fries with salad, mushrooms, and broccoli mash (from Ani's Raw Kitchen.)
