worked on the march episode of my podcast last night.  woke up pretty late this morning and didn't have time for a big breakfast.  My dinner last night was only a couple oranges and a raw bar from the store.  For breakfast I made a salad of baby greens, some homemade cheese (walnuts, sea salt, and nutritional yeast,) and dressing (mustard, agave, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar,) a sunflower and sesame cracker,  and a smoothie of fresh young coconut meat and water, almonds, dates, and cacao powder.  for lunch at work I'll be having a banana and some avocado fries.
