Went to Expo West again for the first time in a couple years.  This thing is so huge it would take a few days to see everything.  I only had time to go on Sunday which is the short day, but had a great time.  Saw a few old friends that I haven't seen in forever.


Made some great fruit leather.  Just kind of playing around.  Each batch was 2 bananas. one batch had a little cacao and agave.  one batch had some blueberries and agave.  and one batch had some pineapple and coconut and agave.  dehydrated at 105f overnight.  flipped in the morning and dehydrated a couple more hours.
