I was looking up recipes for fruit leather online and feel silly.  It reeally couldn't be any easier.  I took the few strawberries I had left and blended them with just a small amount of agave nectar (just for fun).  There's enough water in strawberries to be liquified and I poured it right on to a dehydrator tray.  left them in for about half the day and that was it.  totally awesome.

I've started learning about sprouting for the first time and started with Kamut.  I got a recipe online for raw bagels and it calls for almond flour and sprouted kamut.  I soaked the almonds overnight and let them dry completely before working them in the coffee grinder.  works really well.  There's a picture of the kamut after it started sprouting.  It's now in the dehydrator for the rest of the day.  Also, I'm gonna make a "tuna like" thing to eat with the bagels.  It's sunflower and almond based.  that recipe calls for some lemon, so there's a picture of my lemon tree.  Lastly, there's a picture of some of my garden I planted to feed my adopted turtles.  Carrots are starting to grow and I've discovered that my turtles don't like carrots which is a bummer cuz I don't like them either.
