I've had a lot of late nights recently and wasn't getting up as early in the mornings as I usually do to prepare food for the day.  In an effort to save time and still eat a healthy and filling breakfast all week long I concocted some granola that lasted pretty much the whole week.  I mixed together (in no specific amounts) cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts,  sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, dates, figs, and dry coconut, all raw.  I chopped them all up in the food processor.  I also made some almond milk by mixing 1 cup almonds with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, a pinch of sea salt, and 1/2 a raw vanilla bean.  I mixed it in a blender with 4 cups of water and strained it a few times with a cheesecloth.  after a couple days I made some chocolate chip cookies out of Matthew Kenney's book "Everyday Raw."  I'll post that recipe soon, but I used extra chocolate in my granola, and by the end of the week I dehydrated 2 bananas into chips and through that into the mix as well!  In the picture above you can see some granola in a bowl made from calabash, something I brought back from Jamaica in 2001, a jar of fresh almond milk, some green tea kombucha mixed with mango lemonade, and a ginger tea made from grating fresh ginger in a pitcher of green tea and lightly sweetened with agave nectar.
