Kombucha!  10 cups water/tea.  dissolve 1 cup raw sugar.  must let it set to room temperature.  Must be in a glass container.  spoon in the slimey kombucha culture floating in a bottle of Kombucha from the store.  Cover and let it sit in a dark place at room temperature.  I put my jugs in my oven that I don't use.  Let it sit for 2 weeks.  presto!  you have kombucha.  refridgerate.  I mix with juice and drink almost everyday.  if you have a second glass jug you can put the culture you have in a new batch of tea and let it sit again.  Eventually the culture will separate and you'll have to cultures!  keep going and you can have fresh kombucha everyday!
