i need a week of sleep for every night i'm in vegas.  This last 4th of July weekend was pretty crazy messed up.  I did eat some good thai food, ethiopian food, and of course at Veggie Delight.  But one of the bar tenders at Minus 5 Degrees hooked me up with some free juice cuz I don't drink.  Had the VIP section at Tabu, but I could only hang till about 4:30am. The highlight was my dinner at the very nice Nobhill Tavern at the MGM.  Our wedding reception was at this VERY nice restaurant and I can't believe how great they were.  The dinner was served family style and not a single thing was vegan. The server Jake noticed my plate was never used and assumed I didn't like the dinner.  I explained there wasn't anything for me to eat but it was cool.  He actually asked if I was vegan and when I said yes he insisted that the chef will make something for me.  He disappeared and returned to ASK ME IF I WAS A RAW VEGAN!!!!  I couldn't believe it.  What a great guy.  The chef named Seth made me an amazing almost raw plate that kicked so much ass.  While everyone was eating wedding cake Seth made me an awesome organic fruit bowl.  After losing money at blackjack and on my UFC bets, these guys made my night.  Seriously, Nobhill Tavern was paid to cater a specific meal for the wedding party and I had NO expectations.  They had absolutely no reason to go so far out of their way to be so cool to me, except for just being kick ass dudes.
