In my first entry I started with Ani's recipe for raw oatmeal.  It's continued to be a staple for me.   I just take a scoop of some raw groats and soak them a couple days in some filtered water.  Some soaked and dried almonds are great too.  I'll add it all to the food processor with some (pitted) medjool dates and cinnamon.  I like it pretty sweet and a strong cinnamon taste for sure.  Add just enough water in the food processor to get the texture you like.  This goes so well with fruit and fresh almond milk!   Today I had a stroke of genius and put some scoops in the dehydrator to try this mix out as cookies!  I've got a few things I wanted to post today but I'll start with this.  Football is on and I'm leaving in a few for the Timket celebration at the L.A.
