All of these components can be found in Ani Phyo's book "Ani's Raw Kitchen."  I made the crust first and dehydrated it overnight.  She says her Sesame sunflower bread makes a great pizza crust so I tried it.  worked perfectly. 

For the cheeze, I used the Italian pizza cheeze recipe.

Lastly, I added some homemade parmesan on top.  I have an old container that had Parma in it.  instead of buying another bottle I just made my own using the same ingredients, Walnuts, Nutritional yeast, and sea salt.
