CASHEW CHEEZE
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic (about 2 cloves)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup raw cashews
2 1/2 teaspoon lemonjuice (about 1 lemon)
1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves.
1/4 cup filtered water.
GROUND WALNUT MEAT
1 cup raw walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon nama shoyu (raw soy sauce)
pinch of sea salt
8 romaine leaves for "taco shells"
1 sliced avocado
salsa or hot sauce of your choice
for cheeze
process garlic and salt into finr pieces.
add cashews and process into paste.
add cilantro, lemon juice, and water mix well.
for meat
process all ingredients into small pieces that look like ground meat.
spread cheeze on to romaine lettuce leaves and top with meat, salsa, and avocado. I prefer usingany of the regular hot sauces. enjoy!
