I just put a quiche crust in the dehydrator from Ani's new "Essentials" book.  I'll get up early in the morning and make the filling.  I was reading the "green smoothie" part of her book today.  I already know I don't get a lot of greens in my diet, and need more.  Well I hit a personal landmark tonight.  I made a fruit smoothie with some spinach in it.  Banana, pineapple, juice from 1 orange, and some dates, and of course about a cup of spinach.  The picture below is from my cell phone and in real life it was a lot greener.  I drank the whole thing and yes I liked it.  I didn't love it, but I'll do it again for sure.  I making ani's spinach quiche so I bought plenty.
