here's something I was waiting for since before I went to Brazil!  Ani was the featured chef on November 18th and 19th at Test Kitchen in LA.  This is very prestigious and it's great to see raw food getting some attention in LA.  The picture above is me, Ani, and my good friend Christi.  You can see the menu here.  The stuffed anaheim chilies where my favorite. The place was packed!  Excalibur sent her 8 dehydrators and I'm gonna see if she can sell me one.  It was a huge success and she was super busy in the kitchen being all chef like.  She did however take time to say hi.
